PRECISION MACHINING

Our machine shop is equipped for rapid machined parts production, including the custom manufacture of fittings, housings, mounts, plates, shafts, spindles, and valve bodies for a wide variety of industries. Our conscientious scheduling, organized shop, and willingness to bring on extra shifts to meet orders allows us to deliver orders of up to 1,000 pieces at a time in days consistently.

Working with aluminum, medium and high steel, and stainless steel, we use multi-axis CNC lathes and mills to perform precision machining for parts with dimensions up to 30" by 80". Using our vibratory finishing equipment and in-house powder coating booth, we quickly deliver parts with any level of finish, including food-, marine-, and medical-grade stainless steel.

At our customers' request, we will maintain a quantity of backup inventory at our shop to meet sudden production demands. Our goal is to be the company our customers rely on for custom machined parts production.

Our CNC machine shop produces precision, close-tolerance milled and turned parts for orders of up to thousands of pieces at a time. We routinely manufacture spacers, fittings, housings, rollers, shafts, spindles, valve bodies, and gun barrels in quantity, delivering orders to our customers in less than two weeks.

With multiple 4-axis and 3-axis CNC machines, we can do both vertical and horizontal CNC machining for parts with dimensions up to 30" x 80". For parts that require turning, we can accommodate parts up to 80" long with diameters of 5" and maximum swings of 20".
